2. Booking and Payment
To secure a skip hire, the Customer must complete the booking process through our website or customer service. A deposit may be required at the time of booking. Full payment must be made upon delivery of the skip.

All prices are inclusive of delivery and collection charges within the specified area. Additional fees may apply for services outside this area or for changes to the booking.
2.2 Payment Methods
We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards and bank transfers. All payments must be made in full before the collection of the skip.
3. Delivery and Collection
Our team will deliver the skip to the specified location at the agreed-upon time. Customers are responsible for ensuring that access is available for delivery and collection.
3.1 Site Preparation
Customers must prepare the site for skip placement, ensuring there is adequate space and that no damage will occur to property during delivery or collection.
3.2 Collection
The skip must be ready for collection by the agreed date. Failure to do so may result in additional charges.
4. Usage Guidelines
The skip must be used in accordance with our guidelines to ensure safe and legal disposal of waste.
- Only non-hazardous waste is allowed.
- Prohibited items include asbestos, chemicals, and electronic waste.
- Skips must not be overloaded beyond their specified capacity.
5. Liability
Cranford Skip Hire is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
5.1 Damage to Property
Customers are responsible for any damage caused to their property during the delivery or collection of the skip.
5.2 Personal Injury
We are not liable for any personal injury sustained while using our services.
6. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery without incurring any fees. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee.
6.1 Rescheduling
Customers may reschedule their booking subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.
7. Termination
Cranford Skip Hire reserves the right to terminate the agreement if the Customer breaches any of these Terms and Conditions.
